We are more than just body art. We are a family with one goal in mind: To provide quality body art combined with a top-notch experience.

Broad Street Tattoo Studio, LLC, a Veteran and former-Military Spouse owned and operated business in the heart of Downtown Augusta, GA was founded on July 1, 2018.

Starting out in Charleston, SC, owner Rudy Oliva set out to achieve his dream of one day becoming a professional tattoo artist and tattoo shop owner. Rudy obtained his tattoo license in the little town of Clovis, NM where co-owner, Karin, was stationed in the Air Force. Upon relocating to the CSRA, he began establishing his clientele base and he and Karin opened Broad Street Tattoo Studio a couple years later.

Rudy, alongside Dean, and Omar, tattooed folks all across the CSRA and beyond, making sure every person who left BSTS walked out with amazing body art, a smile, and a story they could share for years to come. And the team continues to grow with the addition of new and amazing artists, widening BSTS’s ability to accommodate any tattoo style requested.

In early-2024, the BSTS Fam settled into their very own, nearly 145 year old, home located in the beautiful Downtown Historic Augusta District, with the goal of making their clients feel comfortable and at home. Customer service is more than just saying hello and being kind. Much like the family-nature that exists in the military community, Rudy and Karin work to ensure that the BSTS family exists beyond the 4 walls that contain the shop itself. Every client is treated like family, from beginning to end and beyond, as BSTS strives for excellence to a degree that their family keeps coming back to visit.
