All deposits apply to the description of tattoo idea listed on deposit form and any changes made after the fact may require a new deposit and may affect your appointment date.
Deposit will be due at consultation and is a minimum of $100. Your deposit may be more, based on artist’s discretion.
For appointment reschedules, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit if you need to reschedule your appointment up to 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. If a second reschedule occurs, you will forfeit the remaining 50% of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. You will forfeit 100% of your deposit for rescheduling within 48hrs and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
On single session tattoos, the deposit will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo. On a multiple session tattoo, the deposit will be applied at the final session.
If you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without providing notice, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a new deposit will be required for scheduling another appointment.
Rescheduled appointments must be made within 30 days of cancellation. If appointment is not rescheduled within 30 days, deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required.
MUST PRESENT VALID STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID AT TIME OF TATTOO APPOINTMENT. If you do not have a valid ID, your artist can not tattoo you, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Photos or copies of your ID will NOT be accepted.)
This deposit policy is in place to ensure continuation of quality service for all patrons and is non-negotiable. No exceptions.
